Returns/Exchange Policy

All products from my shop are personalized & custom made for you. Therefore I do not accept any returns. If a product arrives to you damaged or something went wrong with your order then please contact me. 

Ordering Problems

If you did not completely fill out an order correctly, then your order will be delayed until the correct information has been obtained.
